So NOW that WE KNOW MOTHERNATURE  is OUR MOTHER,

WE can remember that OUR FATHER is THE SUN. 

Together in a perfect relationship taking care of each and everyone.

OUR MOTHER is responsible for OUR LIFE and DEATH. Our birth. 

OUR FATHER is responsible for the light that grows and sustains ALL OF LIFE on EARTH.

THE SUN and THE EARTH together make the plants, animals, and ALL LIFE live & grow. 

Including you and me, trees, seasons, rain, sunshine and the snow.

Remember blowing on the petals of a dandelion as a KID?

You thought you were making a wish but didn’t know what you really did.

You blew the seeds of the DEAD flower right back into the dirt.

And those dead seeds made more living dandelions. NOT ONE dandelion was ever lost or hurt.

So to SYNC TO THE CYCLE of THE MOTHER means WE also sync to the cycle of THE SUN.

It’s all a mathematically and scientifically perfect experience for everyone.

THE MOTHER has a cycle and THE FATHER has one, too.

THE MOTHER’s cycle is monthly, nothing ever is late to bloom.

THE FATHER’s cycle is daily, he rises and sets every 24 hours.

So now that WE know this, WE have ALL the power.

OUR POWER is in OUR knowing: WE know who WE are. Now. WE  just need to know “what to do,”

And that’s when I introduce you to OUR GODMOTHER: THE MOON.

THE MOON controls the water. THE MOON’s phases control the water’s tides.

And WE’re made up of water, so WE’ve got the same thing going on inside.

OUR feelings create OUR emotions. OUR emotions feel like waves.

Those feelings: WE ride them out. WE don’t have to drown or make them stay.

How WE feel creates OUR feelings and OUR feelings create OUR emotions.

OUR emotions are OUR ENERGY that’s connected to THE FIELD and those waves make up THE WHOLE OCEAN. 

That means ALL of us & ALL of EVERYTHING. This is how WE relate.

So when WE’re in sync and in our bodies, how WE feel is how WE communicate.

When WE know that WE get to choose how WE  feel and it’s not any outside forces,

WE remember that WE are ALL ONE FORCE OF NATURE and ARE ALL equally important! 

WE send a clear signal to THE FIELD through our feelings to THE WATER, THE EARTH, THE MOTHER, and THE FATHER: THE SUN.

Remember, WE’re ALL connected so WE’re sending signals at the same time to everyone! 

Then WE will receive the inspiration and sensation and instinct of where to go and how to move.

And that’s how WE’re ALL dancing, playing with each other, and how our hearts ALL stay in tune!

Now that WE ’ve met OUR family, I can show you how your personal cycles and bodies sync.

WE do that by learning rhythm. Don’t worry: it’s easier than you think.

As a matter of fact don’t worry, and please don’t ever think ever again.
