During ONE’s INNER WINTER & SPRING ONE plants seeds of possibility, turns inward & starts slowly blooming.

During ONE’s INNER  SUMMER & AUTUMN ONE has full radiance at ovulation then grounds back for some fine trimming & tuning.

The RITUAL to stay ATTUNED to THE INNER SEASONS and PHASES is cycling by eating seeds.

Enjoying 1-2 tablespoons a day of these nutrients PROVIDED BY THE EARTH to give ONE’s body what it needs.

During MENSTRUATION and FOLLICULAR phases enjoy 1–2 tablespoons per day of pumpkin seeds or flax for ULTIMATE POWER.  

While experiencing OVULATION AND LUTEAL phases enjoy the seeds of the sesame and sunflower. 🌻
