The LUTEAL PHASE is the time for clarity, surrender, and release. A time of high intuition.
This is the time when ONE gives itself the GIFT of permission.
PERMISSION to slow down and evaluate what felt good and what did not.
A time to reflect on what needs to be LET GO OF: remember what this month taught.
Ask what people, places, and experiences are no longer aligned,
And prepare to release: A PERFECT cyclical design every time.
ALIGN WITH IT:
The LUTEAL PHASE is when progesterone is the dominant ONE.
Sensitivity is heightened both emotionally and physically and it can still be fun!
If ONE’s hormones are in balance (and not pregnant) ONE won’t have PMS.
And if ONE experiences moodiness, that’s THE GIFT to open NEXT.
ONE’s sensitivity to detail, editing, finishing tasks, and introspection,
ONE’s desire for more boundaries and maybe even less affection,
Is not THE ENERGY of BITCHY REACTION.
ONE’s sensitivity is heightened for ONE’s addition & subtraction.
This is time for FINE TUNING experiences to choose what will be LET GO
And NO WORRIES what replaces it because next cycle you’ll know.
MOVE IT:
The LUTEAL PHASE is the time to focus on grounding, steady movement. The intensity is low. Not high.
AVOID pushing too hard, identify and STOP if ONE starts to force or “try”.
NOURISH IT:
The LUTEAL PHASE is the time to AVOID caffeine, alcohol and sugar, → they intensify PMS.
Warm, grounding, magnesium- and B-vitamin–rich foods and
Complex carbs for serotonin balance are what feel THE BEST.
SEASON IT:
The LUTEAL PHASE is Inner Autumn, when moods begin to fall.
