The OVULATION PHASE is the time:

When ESTROGEN is at its peak AND the hormone PROGESTERONE starts to RISE. 

This is the time ONE will start to notice the heartbeat pulsing in between ONE’s thighs. 

ALIGN WITH IT: 

The OVULATION PHASE is the time ONE’s libido is at its highest.

This is THE BEST time of the month, and ONE is not being biased.

ONE feels sexy, turned on, radiant and magnetic.

ONE uses this time to fine tune ONE’s ever changing aesthetic. 

MOVE IT: 

The OVULATION PHASE is the time to run, dance, and HAVE FUN outside.

This is the time of the month when ONE feels the most ALIVE.

NOURISH IT: 

The OVULATION PHASE requests cruciferous veggies + flax to help the liver process and balance the estrogen. 

LIGHTER foods keep digestion easy. This is “being in ONE’s feminine.”

THE FEMININE is the receiving ENERGY and THE MASCULINE is the ENERGY of the GIVING.

ONE doesn't have to do anything extra. It happens this way organically just by LIVING.

SEASON IT: 

The OVULATION PHASE is Inner Summer. Fruit will start to blossom.

That means dates will be adventurous and sex will feel so awesome. 

It’s time to speak in public, present ideas, and meet new friends.

This is the part when everyday feels like the ENERGY of “THE WEEKEND.”

HONOR IT:

THE OVULATION PHASE is best for connection, visibility, play, and expression.
