When the hormone estrogen starts to rise. 

ALL the inspiration received while bleeding?

This is when ONE WILL research & identify what ONE is needing.

So an accurate request can be made to THE FIELD:

So EVERYONE RECEIVES whatever they each want to feel. 

ALIGN WITH IT: 

The FOLLICULAR PHASE is the time to RESEARCH and a time to DIRECT.

ONE asks “what people and places shall I go this week to connect? 

Use OUR imagination, not to think, instead to wonder.

Imagination is where WE can contact ONE another. 

DAY Dreaming is THE WAY to access THE CREATIVE FIELD.

That’s when MOTHERNATURE can make what inspiration received on a cycle become REAL.

MOVE IT: 

The FOLLICULAR PHASE receives strength training, endurance building and exploring.

The FOLLICULAR PHASE is a great time for dating, new hobbies and collaborations. NOTHING boring. 

NOURISH IT: 

Fresh veggies, lean proteins, and probiotic food

Will help balance ONE’s hormones and keep ONE in a good mood.

SEASON IT: 

The FOLLICULAR PHASE is the body’s Inner Spring.

The seeds from the last cycle are already blossoming.

ONE may not see FRUIT yet, the roots may still be taking ground.

And, ONE KNOWS this so, is never FOCUSED on the HOW.

Inner Spring is a time to start fresh and begin anew.
