We already know that life gets really good with sex, drugs, and rock and roll: the good kind.

And, we already know that life started with sex, right?

OMG! DID NO ONE TELL YOU LIFE BEGAN WITH SEX!

I mean… did they think we weren’t going to find out?

AND, why did “sex ed” feel like this:

And why the fuck were we separated?

Shouldn’t the boys know what happens to the girls and the girls know what happens to the boys so the separation and miscommunication never happened to begin with?

Understanding our own bodies and how our own bodies communicate

Understanding each others bodies and how each other’s bodies communicate

DELETES, ERASES, ERADICATES, DESTROYS all miscommunication.

Miscommunication is the devil, remember? And nobody likes him.

We begin with Lesson 1: Breaking The Cycle:

The cycle of miscommunication, of false truths, lies, and separation.

Let’s begin.

“breaking the cycle:” what does that mean?

Let’s travel back to when you were a teen.

A pre-teen to be exact, going through “puberty”

Stuck in your head thinking: “WHAT IS THIS DOING TO ME”

“THIS” being your body,

 “DOING” because it felt like it was

“TO ME:” the victim

 because you didn’t know the body’s love.

The body’s love language is not spoken in words.

It’s spoken through physical sensations: that you deserve. 

Your feelings are not your emotions: they are your senses.

And that’s what your first lesson in consent is: 

Not is, “WAS”. Back then. Remember? Puberty.

When You Were Stuck in your head thinking: “WHAT IS THIS DOING TO ME”

Your body got hard or wet without your permission or consent

You felt separation for the first time and didn’t know what your body meant. 

You didn’t know that you aren’t your body and you aren’t your mind.

You didn’t know you’re the soul who’s been in a relationship with your body this whole time.

So, the relationship with your body has not been the best relationship it can be.

Because before it wasn’t a relationship. It was just you, listening.

You felt your body’s cues and didn’t know what it meant or how to say anything back

YOU FORGOT to breathe AND smile, which signals to your body you were unhappy with where you were at. 

So your body does what your body was always trusted to do:

Flood your body with chemicals and hormones to protect you!!!!

You don’t want to feel bad AND your body only did exactly what you said!

These are the same miscommunications you started having during puberty with your friends!

Miscommunication: that feeling is the worst!!!!

There’s no worse or shitty feeling than feeling you’re unheard. :(

All any of us are really after is someone who will listen.

That’s the problem: we did that to our bodies  AND NOW we’re in this position: 

WE. only. listened. to. our. bodies.

WE didn’t know how to respond back.

So it wasn’t a conversation.

Which means we didn’t have a relationship. OR all of the facts.

The sensation of miscommunication in our bodies felt like shit.

WE named it fear, anxiety, insecurity. And, WE were all full of it. 

Now these feelings, WE created, from the story WE made up in our minds.

WE got out of our bodies, into our heads, and fucked up what coulda been THE BEST time! 

WE didn’t know back then during puberty either- who WE actually were.

Were WE a body or a mind? Were WE a “him” or were WE a “her?”

LIFE? LOVE? THE BODY? DEATH? ALL of them were mysteries. 

Well that’s only because NO ONE ever told US, our history.

…. 

LIFE is not a mystery to solve. LIFE is THE GIFT and THE GAME. ONE to share and play with each other.

WE were ALL so busy solving mysteries out there THINKING and accusing one another.

THINKING means WE’re not in our bodies. THINKING means WE’re in our heads.

!!!That’s the cycle we’re breaking: creating the past, again. 

WE didn’t know LIFE IS THE GIFT and THE GAME or that WE weren’t our bodies or our heads.

WE had sexual energy, didn’t know what to do with it, and knew one day WE’D BE DEAD!

WE didn’t learn, know, or talk about sex or mention how it created all of LIFE!

WE felt awkward and insecure, but WE kinda knew it was something you, maybe did? With a husband or a wife?

WE were solving mysteries in our heads & listening— not relating to our bodies- which only knows experiences from the past.

WE forgot to breathe and forgot to smile to signal we were okay to our bodies so yeah, the fight or flight kicked in real fast.

WE weren’t taught LIFE, DEATH, & NATURE itself are ALL on ONE INFINITE CYCLE.

(I find it helpful to imagine it as one harmonious, energetic, electro magnetic, rainbow spiral.)

THE CYCLE OF LIFE is something we ALL connect to and attune.

Imagine our bodies as THE EARTH and our feelings as THE MOON.

 THE EARTH and THE MOON are in a relationship: ONE that’s never out of sync.

& They’re both in relationship with THE SUN who has never once forgotten to rise. THE SUN doesn’t have to think.

THE SUN KNOWS: THE SUN’s the sun! ☀️THE SUN knows THE SUN’s WORTH!

THE SUN knows how to be in relationship, harmony, and IN SYNC with THE EARTH.

THE SUN is ENERGY. Just like you and me.

THE SUN commands ALL of its energy to emit just one frequency.

ONE clear signal and communication: “I AM THE SUN”

EVERYONE AGREES. Now, life’s warm and fun.

THE SUN KNOWS THE MOON and THE MOON KNOWS THE EARTH.

ALL in relationship with each other,: they know and get exactly what they ask for, need, want, desire, and deserve.

THE SUN sets and rises. THE MOON cycles, in phases!

THE EARTH orbits and helps keep everyone in their precise, mathematical places. 

It’s ALL NATURE which is ALL only ENERGY. That makes NATURE mathematically and scientifically sound.

NATURE is always happening without our help: the oxygen you breathe, the gravity holding US down.

NATURE natures and cycles without US ever. having. to. do .anything!! Not even think!

BECAUSE NATURE IS ENERGY WHICH CANNOT BE CREATED OR DESTROYED: JUST ATTUNED TO & SYNCED. 

Remember, WE were talking about puberty and asked you to imagine your body was THE EARTH and your feelings were THE MOON?

And remember how WE just said something about NATURE and ENERGY and getting ATTUNED?

So, EVERYTHING and EVERYONE is ENERGY. ENERGY is NATURE: IT’S ALL ONE!

EVERYTHING is just ENERGY energetically relating with each other just like THE EARTH, THE MOON, THE SUN!

THAT MEANS: 

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SUN AND THE MOON IS PERFECT BECAUSE THEIR COMMUNICATION IS IMMACULATE.

THEY LIVE IN HARMONY BECAUSE KNOWING WHO THEY ARE IS 100% MATHEMATICALLY & SCIENTIFICALLY ACCURATE.

That means  EVERYONE knows who EVERYONE is, 

And that means EVERYONE knows what EVERYONE does.

EVERYONE let’s EVERYONE be who EVERYONE chooses to be!

That ENERGY of EVERYONE KNOWING this is what I call: 

LOVE.

That means ALL of us will get to learn to feel instead of think.

And once WE do, it becomes automatic just like how WE blink!

Our feelings are our senses: WE have one, two, three, four, five.

Feeling these sensations is the reason WE’re alive!

When you’re feeling: you’re in your body.

That means you’re finally OUT OF YOUR MIND.

Then, your mind is open to receiving the perfect inspiration

 At the perfect time.

breaking the cycle means WE ALL know AND agree to stop thinking and start feeling so we can be present to LIFE: THE GIFT and THE GAME!

IT WAS NOT dominos, chess, checkers, or monopoly that showed us: 

~HOW TO PLAY~

It was the FORTUNE TELLER ORIGAMI. 

The paper you folded crazy ways then shuffled your hands inside.

THE ONE where you move your hands back and forth and have your friend pick a color or a number or a sign.

Right before it landed on whatever “fate would choose,”

You had that one little moment where you experienced a feeling in your body of what you hoped it would say and do.

You didn’t need a fortune teller, a friend, or anyone outside of you to know.

Your body  gave you the exact directions to get exactly where you wanted to go. 

BUT THEN puberty happened and separated were THE MALES and THE FEMALES in class!

Our bodies were doing weird things and WE didn’t know how to make “it” stop or how to ask:

“IT” Anything. Really. 

It was all miscommunication. Miscommunication created “that” feeling.

The Cootie Catcher is also what ONE calls the origami FORTUNE TELLER GAME.

WE felt separated from our bodies, the opposite sex, and cooties were to blame? 

Puberty should have been a sacred time where TOGETHER WE learned of OUR ONE TRUE NATURE. 

Where WE learned TOGETHER our bodies, minds, desires, and sexual energy was OURS. 

NOT AN OUTSIDE LORD AND SAVIOR’S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NATURE means NATURAL.  NATURAL ARE desires. 

PLEASURE should NEVER feel guilty. LIFE is designed to feel inspired.

INSPIRATION is THE GIFT of divine intelligence!

That’s THE GIFT LIFE IS giving ALL of us! Everyday! All day long!  

Whether it’s to call a friend, try a new coffee shop, or listen to a specific song.

Inspiration is NOT RANDOM. It’s mathematically perfect and comes directly from THE FIELD:

THE FIELD: is all of us, all that exists,

And how I KNOW LOVE IS REAL!
